Borough Market has been feeding Londoners for over a thousand years. It started near London Bridge, moved to Southwark when things got busy, and somehow evolved from selling turnips to truffle oil. Today, it’s where hipsters, foodies, and tourists gather in the noble quest for the perfect £12 sandwich.
