Workshop details

  • Street photography is about capturing unscripted, candid moments in public spaces. It is a genre that focuses on the natural ebb and flow of people interacting with each other and their shared environment, often the results are raw, curious and unexpectedly humorous. This workshop is designed to help you see those moments, empowering you to uncover the hidden narratives found on the city’s streets.

    The sessions are tailored to sharpen your observation skills and enhance your creative vision, providing the hands-on techniques needed to create compelling images.

  • The session begins at a pre-arranged time and location in central London.

    Workshops begin with a relaxed chat over coffee to discuss your goals and any questions before heading out to explore London’s streets. This is a great opportunity to address any specific questions you may have.

    Throughout the workshop, you’ll receive hands-on guidance. We’ll focus on the art of capturing candid moments, refining your composition, and mastering the use of light and the environment to create compelling images.

    We’ll conclude the workshop with a recap and a review of the session's work.

  • Each session is tailored to your interests and experience, ensuring you get the most out of your time, whatever camera you bring.

    Comfortable shoes and discreet clothing is strongly advised.
